During lunch, you will sample Russian specialties such as Borscht soup, Russian pickled vegetables and mushrooms, choice of Russian dumplings called pelmeni or chicken Kiev served with mashed potatoes, as well as traditional drinks such as kvass (rye malt drink) or mors (wild berry drink).
After lunch, we will continue with the Moscow metro tour. During the tour we will see the 5 or 6 most beautiful, most lavish and most propaganda charged metro stations including Mayakoskaya, Belorusskaya, Novoslobodskaya, Komsomolskaya and Revolution Square.
