Exciting walking tour throughout Read Square and Alexander gardens in Moscow.
Red Square Tour Details
Walking tour of Red Square and Alexander Gardens covers the history of all the buildings and monuments we see in Red Square (and indeed, each building here is a historical monument!), from the days of old to the very recent past. The tour usually includes a visit inside GUM – the historical department store, and may include going inside Lenin’s Mausoleum (open only in the morning on certain days of the week), and a visit inside St. Basil’s Cathedral. Changing of Guards taking place every hour near the Eternal Flame to Unknown Soldier and the WW2 Memorial by the Kremlin wall is a spectacular event that can also be included into the tour.
Duration: 1.5-2 hours
